Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the a6star platform. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to be bound by all provisions herein. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing the a6star website, downloading the app, or registering an account, you automatically agree to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
The a6star platform is an online entertainment and betting service intended strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Users below this age are strictly prohibited from using our services. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
A6star reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is users’ responsibility to review these terms regularly to stay informed of the latest conditions.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is allowed only one active account on the a6star platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual—using different names, emails, phone numbers, or payment details—is prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of accounts without refund.
During registration, you must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information including your full name, valid email address, Malaysian phone number, and payment details linked to your real identity. a6star reserves the right to verify user identities anytime through standard KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Do not share your login information with anyone. Any activity under your account is considered your own, and a6star is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.
Platform Usage Rules
Permitted Use
The a6star platform is provided solely for entertainment and lawful Sports Betting within the limits set by these terms. Users are permitted to access the service using their own personal devices including smartphones, tablets, and laptops via web browsers or the official a6star app.
Prohibited Uses
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using any automated software, bots, crawlers, scripts, or other methods to access or use the platform unlawfully.
- Engaging in any activities that disrupt or damage the platform’s operations, servers, or related networks.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activities.
- Attempting to hack, decrypt, or gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of the platform.
- Distributing content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or violates Malaysian law.
- Conducting any form of promotion or advertising without prior written consent from a6star.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or closure of your account, and a6star reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.
MYR Payment & Transaction Information
Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on the a6star platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports local digital payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and DuitNow Transfer. Users are responsible for ensuring payment methods are in their own name and do not involve third parties without authorization.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to current platform policies, which can be reviewed in account settings after logging in. a6star reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification (KYC) is completed. Attempts to manipulate payment systems or provide false payment details may result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
Transaction Responsibility
All confirmed bets and transactions are considered final. Users are advised to review their bet details before confirming, as no cancellations can be made once a transaction has been processed. a6star is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by third-party system disruptions, such as those from banks or e-wallet providers.
Liability Limits, Account & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, a6star, its directors, employees, partners, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting, technical disruptions, or system errors. The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
A6star reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if users breach any provisions of these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or for platform security reasons. For accounts suspended due to verification issues, users will be notified by registered email and given a reasonable time to complete verification.
Intellectual Property
All content on the a6star platform including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code are the exclusive property of a6star or relevant license holders. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or exploiting any content without written permission from a6star. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

A6star has the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be notified via platform announcements or emails to registered users. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms should first be resolved through amicable negotiations. If unresolved, parties agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
